Information we process

Firewatch Cloud processes account details, organization membership, responder contact methods, on-call configuration, alert and incident data, and limited service diagnostics needed to operate and secure the product.

How information is used

We use this information to provide alert delivery, authenticate users, support customers, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Infrastructure and notification providers process only the information required to deliver their part of the service. Data is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Your choices

Organization administrators can manage members and operational data. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information can be sent to hello@onfirewatch.com.
