Using Firewatch Cloud

You may use Firewatch Cloud for lawful on-call, alerting, and incident response activities. You are responsible for account access, the accuracy of responder contact information, and the alert sources connected to your organization.

Customer data

You retain ownership of data submitted to Firewatch Cloud. You authorize Firewatch to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, interfere with other customers, probe systems without authorization, send abusive communications, or attempt to bypass access and usage controls.

Open-source software

Open-source Firewatch components remain governed by their published licenses. These terms apply to the managed Cloud service and do not replace those licenses.

Early access

Features, availability targets, and pricing may evolve during early access. Material changes will be communicated to affected customers. Questions can be sent to hello@onfirewatch.com.
